Not all Courts in Wyoming accept attending traffic school in lieu of paying a fine for a violation. You will need to contact the Circuit Court which has jurisdiction over the citation to see if they will accept traffic school attendance or not. They may have you contact the local County Attorney on this issue.

Feel free to contact Lt. Kyle McKay for the Alive at 25 programs.  His contact information is kyle.mckay@wyo.gov, or his office phone number is 307-777-4303.
